Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By accessing the website at fortsmithconcretecontractor.com or engaging Fort Smith Concrete ("we," "us," or "our") for concrete services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Fort Smith Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services in the Fort Smith, Arkansas area, including but not limited to concrete driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk building, garage floor concrete, decorative concrete, retaining walls, floor installation, pool decks, steps, slab foundations, foundation installation, parking lots, concrete footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting.
All services are subject to on-site assessment and formal written agreement before work begins. Availability of services depends on scheduling, weather conditions, and project requirements.
All estimates are free and provided after an in-person site visit. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change if project scope changes after the quote is accepted.
Estimates do not constitute a binding contract. A separate written contract or work order, signed by both parties, is required before any work begins. We make reasonable efforts to complete work at the quoted price, but additional costs may arise from unforeseen site conditions (such as unexpected underground obstacles, subsurface drainage issues, or access difficulties) that were not visible during the estimate visit.
If additional costs arise during a project, we will notify you before proceeding with any work that would exceed the original quote.
Project scheduling is confirmed in writing after contract execution. Start dates may be adjusted due to weather conditions, material availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if a scheduled date needs to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred.
Concrete work is weather-dependent. Pouring concrete in extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or rain can compromise the finished product. We reserve the right to delay a pour date if weather conditions pose a risk to quality, at no additional cost to you.
Payment terms are outlined in the written contract for each project. Standard terms require a deposit at the time of contract signing, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. The specific deposit amount and payment schedule will be stated in your written contract.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project and your approval that the work meets the agreed-upon scope. Invoices not paid within the terms of the contract may be subject to a late fee.
We accept payment by check, cash, or electronic transfer. Accepted payment methods for your project will be stated in your contract.
